We work with single-estate gardens in Assam, Nilgiri and Kashmir. Each blend is hand-mixed with whole spices — never crushed, never dusted — for the cleanest, most aromatic cup.
Sourced from one garden at a time — never blended down with bulk leaf — so each tin tastes of where it grew.
We use only long, unbroken leaves. They open slowly in hot water and brew a brighter, smoother cup with none of the bitter dust of CTC tea.
Blended in small batches and sealed within days of arrival. You get the leaf at its most aromatic — the way it's meant to be drunk.
Brew tip: one heaped teaspoon per cup, water just off the boil, steep for 3–4 minutes. Add milk and a touch of sugar or honey if you like — these leaves are strong enough to hold their own.
